Jacques Oreu is a competent Tavern owner and operator at the outer reaches of the Maora Hegnur Swamp. It seems he enjoys the lack of clientele more than he does coin. It seems he stays here though, really to take revenge on any Goblins that would come his way. Why does he hate the Goblins so much?
